We can sometimes be creatures of doom & gloom thinking and unfortunately, we often allow ourselves to become stressed over the smallest of things.
We spin these "Issues" over and over in our head and most of them are really nothing.
When I get caught up in worry and stress, I ask myself this simple question, "Will this matter to me in 6 months from now"?
If the answer is no, then that is an indicator for me to just let it go and stop worrying about it. If it is not big enough to be important 6 months from now you need to stop stressing it.
Life becomes so much more peaceful and fulfilling when we let the little things go and not take everything to heart.
