We all do things that we shake our head at and wonder "What the heck did I just do", it is all part of being human.
What is important is that we laugh at ourselves when we do funny things instead of berating or getting down on ourselves which unfortunately is more likely what we will do.
I find that I laugh at myself often, much better than putting myself down, and as a result I live a lighter life and I see humor in many more situations and experiences in my life.
Laughing at myself, makes my life better. I am not laughing to put myself down, more in the wonderment of my uniqueness and silliness.
Life is wonderful, find the humor in simple human experiences and you too will notice that life truly is full of upliftment and happiness!
