Inner Peace

Other people can affect us in many ways. They can make us laugh, smile, cry and angry.


It takes great strength to not allow ourselves to get caught up in responding to their actions. The good thing is WE get to choose how and if we will respond to their actions.


If it brings you peace, go for it, engage and enjoy.


If it brings you unhappiness, stress or any other negative emotion, you need to evaluate IF the experience is worth it.


If so, hey, heathy debating is good, belittlement is not, set your boundaries and take control of what you actively engage in.


If it brings you peace of mind, for sure do more of that!
