Don't Worry!
by COSS Blog Contributor Joann Homen

There is an old quote by Mark Twain that I love and try to live by -
"Worrying is like paying a debt you don't owe" and this is so very true.
It is normal to worry from time to time it is part of being human but excessive worry is not healthy and is basically living in fear of the future and what it might bring your way.
Worrying uses up so much of your physical energy and it can literally make you "Sick" with worry. Not a healthy way to live your life and such a huge waste of your imagination.
We have incredible imaginations, and we can accomplish pretty much anything if we set your mind and focus our imagination on it. The world is our oyster so to speak. By worrying we rob ourselves of the enjoyment to be found in life because we are living in fear of the future.
Stop worrying and instead look to life and the wonders it holds with excitement and imagination and leave the "Worrying" at the curb, it really serves no purpose other than to rob you of happiness.
