The universe is a funny thing, and most of us don't understand it and how powerful it really is.
We are each apart of the universe and thus we are ourselves quite powerful as well.
We all have a limited amount of energy available to us each day, so it is not a good idea to use your energy to worry.
How are you using your energy?
Worrying maybe very easy for you, it is for most of us and most of us have done it our whole life, so we often don't know what it's like NOT to worry. When we worry, we are essentially giving up our personal power to someone else, or possibly to a situation that is occurring in our life, or we are worried will occur.
When we are in a state of worrying it is hard to focus. When we are worrying, we are stuck in a fear of the future mindset where we are worrying about what the future might bring.
Instead of worrying about the future, I recommend bringing yourself back to the here and now and to practice "Present Thinking", which is basically keeping your thoughts in the present moment.
Bring your awareness back to present moment! How?
To get back to a "Present Thinking" mindset you need to create a new habit / mindset regarding worrying.
The more you practice "Present Thinking" the more comfortable you will become living in the "Moment" and over time you will slowly get use to that "Living in the Moment" feeling and you will choose to stay in this positive feeling rather than embracing the feeling of worrying.
Don't use your energy to worry. Instead use your energy to believe, create, have hope, create, grow, manifest, trust and heal and you will find that your life moves into a place of calm, peacefulness, acceptance and positivity.
