Blessed or Stressed?

Every single one of us has good days and bad days, it is part of the human experience.
Unfortunately, many of us find it hard to process stressful situations that are currently happening in our life and we are still plagued by past experiences we haven't moved beyond them and we allow them to continue to influence us.
What makes things worse is the more we focus on "Negative and or/ Stressful" experiences the longer we stay stuck in the emotions surrounding the experience/s which ultimately leads to us becoming even more stressed out.
We think about "Negative / Stressful" experiences = We become more stressed out!
We think about "Negative / Stressful" experiences = We become more stressed out!
We think about "Negative / Stressful" experiences = We become more stressed out!
Notice a pattern here?
I am not saying we can just turn a blind eye and not deal with the curve balls that life throws our way because we certainly need to deal with them, but we do not need to agonize over them continually.
When life tosses me a curve ball, I try to look for the positive in the experience because it is by looking for the positive, the growth, the "lesson" if you prefer to call it, it helps reduce the impact of the experience and move us through it faster. By looking for the positive in the experience, the very way creation & manifesting works in the universe is to bring more of what you think of into your experience.
Basically, what I am saying is:
Thinking positive, upbeat, happy thoughts = More happy and positive experiences coming into your life.
It really is that easy IF, we allow it to flow the way it should and get the heck out of our own way, because we really are our own problem in the manifestation/creation process.
Most of us have little understanding if any of how the universe works and how the creation/manifestation process works and again most of us don't believe that they are apart of this amazing process.
In a nutshell:
Thinking Negative / Stressful thoughts will facilitate MORE negative and stressful thoughts coming to you through the creation process.
whereas,
Thinking Positive, upbeat and happy thoughts will facilitate more positive, upbeat and happy thoughts coming to you through the creation process.
YOU ARE a part of the manifestation / creation process, and your thoughts will facilitate more of the same to come into your life.
BOTTOM LINE, choose your thoughts carefully!
