When we revisit past traumatic memories and experiences and / or worry about what the future will bring we are essentially empowering fear.
Fear is very paralyzing and it makes us miserable and prevents us from growing.
When we live in fear or when we allow fear to rob us of being happy we are not living our best life.
One of the biggest fears most of us have is the fear of failing or sometimes fear of succeeding.
The next time you notice you are getting caught up in the fear loop, intentionally make the decision to stop thinking about what is causing you to be afraid and instead focus on the areas of growth that are possible with the experiences.
YOU have complete control over this process, and it is you alone who can chose to continue feeding your fears or shutting them down.
I recommend putting your fears on a serious diet!
